Recently I purchased an item from Karkour fine jewelry, however, I am very diappointed with how Karkour does business.

After making the purchase, a couple of jewelers told me that my purchase was way overpriced, and I did not care for it as much as I did at the original purchase. Although I attempted to make numberous attempts to reach Karkour for an exchange (I was not asking for a refund, just an exchange) he will not return my calls or answer my e-mails. Furthermore, when I made the purchase, he told me I could trade in or exchange at any time, but completely ignores me.

(This was over a six week period that I attempted to get a return phone call to no avail).

When I made the purchase, his jewelry booth was at a traveling gem an jewelry store in my area, and I found out that he does not come to my city anymore, making it impossible for me to go to his store in California.

I am truly disappointed in the way I was treated at Karkour, and would not recommend his business.
