My daughers boyfriend bought her a bracelet for her birthday. The stones fell out and the manager is refusing to let them exchange it for something else. I called and she was rude and wouldn't listen to me and refused to give me the owners name and number I tired to talk to her and she hung up on me.

I strongly suggest that no one should do business with this store.
