Perfect service, I just picked up my Phillips 42" Plasma TV

i HAD MY SAMSUNG REPAIRED, WHICH STOPPED WORKING ALL TOGETHER. I CALLED THEM, THEY CAME TO MY HOME TO TOOK THE TV. REPAIRED AND RETURNED WITHIN 3 DAYS. TV WORKS PERFECTLY. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Another repair shop tried to repair my Mitsubishi TV, but they couldn't fix my big screen television. My brother referred me to ACE TV. They fixed my Mitsubishi HDTV in one week for a reasonable price.

I called them a month ago to get my 52 in Mitsubishi that wouldn't power up repaired. They came and picked it up. About a week later, it's back and is worked perfectly and is still working perfectly. I recommend them.

I had my 65" Mitsubishi projection TV repaired by them and it was a horrible experience. The first time they did it, it lasted 40 days before it went on the blitz again. This is when the nightmare began. I called them and at first the lady who answered the phone (with a very difficult accent to understand) told me that she "remembered" my earlier repair job was over the 90 days warranty. It took me 1 week to locate the canceled check and told her that it wasn't. She then told me that she will call the technician and he will get back to me in about a week. 2 weeks later, I called and wondered why he hasn't call and was told that he's out of the country and will be back in about a week. Well, 2 weeks later he finally called and scheduled a visit a week later. He came and took the unit with him and told me that it will take 2 weeks to repair it. Four weeks later and after my constant calling he finally delivered it. We had it working for 2 weeks and it died again. I called back and was told the original work is no longer covered and I have to pay for labor and parts again. I said it was fine (under protest) and she indicated that she will ask the technician to call me. 2 weeks later, no TV, out of $500.00 and the have no interest in calling me back.



If I can save 1 person from wasting money on them then that would be worth while.
