Provided by YPmobileRequested a commercial appraisal from this company and ended up getting an appraisal which looked more like a poorly crafted residential appraisal, with typos. The only comps they provided were for residences and not businesses. I tried asking them to revise it with actual business comparisons but they said it would cost me another $500 on top of the $1,750 they were already paid. Very dissatisfied with service, product, and overall people skills. I ended up having to file an official complaint with the Office of Real Estate Appraisers.
