The African American security guard is doing a wonderful job. The shopping center used to have lots of vagrants. Like : A.K.A. J. from: Chicago. He likes to brag about his two felonies for selling drugs. He is a vagrant that talks to him self. He is a African American adult. He uses offensive language. He is loud and boisterous. Calif. Penal Code: 415. The city of : Huntington Beach Calif. Still don't know how to handle this vagrant. Their afraid he might call: Black Lives Matter. Or pull the race card. Now most recently on cross streets: Terry Dr. and Beach Blvd. As I was driving into the shopping center. A red truck was driving at a very high rate of speed. The red truck was driving west bound . Parallel with BevMo's Department Store. As I made the left into the shopping center , the red truck was driving at a very high rate of speed. The unsafe driver was : Going west bound. Note: There is no stop sign at the corner of: Bevmo's Dept store. This very unsafe driver attempted to hit my car. Calif. Penal Code: 664. It turns out this red truck.
