I only gave them one star because it doesn't give me the option of zero stars... This place is horrible, not only do they not know what they are doing, but they have the worst customer service ever. I ordered my wedding bouquet from this poor excuse of a business way before my wedding day. I showed the a picture of what I wanted an they told me that yes the can do that, so on my wedding day when I went to pick up my bouquet, I'm given this horrendous flower arrangement and they say this is what I ordered, not only that they also give me a ridiculously ugly crown head peace made of flowers that I never ordered. Since I was my wedding day I had no choice but to take the bouquet but not the ugly head crown. The lady on the counter told me that she was sorry and to come back so I can get a refund since what I was given wasn't wven close to what I ordered. So when I go back they tell me that they will not refund me anything because I took the bouquet and head piece . Not true... Never took the head piece. So these people are so not responsible and they very unprofessional.... I will be reporting them so pls do yourself a favor and skip this place... I will be spreading the word on their horrible way of doing business....
