Horrible customer service

We recently opened a retail business in the fashion district. We visited American Clothing Supply for misc items for the store such as hangers, tapes, boxes and such. Most of the employees were courteous and helpful in the stores when you are paying for the goods, but what I came to experience was customer service over the phone is HORRIBLE! When you are spending money at the store, they are all nice and willing to help but when you call for things they are RUDE, HAVE ATTITUDES, AND REALLY DON'T CARE WHAT YOU ARE ASKING FOR.



The employees at this company only treat their customers right when you are physically there to spend money, and other than that, they need EXTRA CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING OVER THE PHONE!



To make the matters worst, I have talked to many of the wholesalers I buy from about this company and all I heard was horrible stories from so many about how they HANG UP on their customers, and they treat you like crap if you only buy a small amount.



What kind of business does that in this kind of economy? I would just be grateful that customers are coming into the store to look around. They must NOT need anymore customers.



After this horrible experience, I found so many other mom and pop suppliers that are great to their customers, and a little cheaper than this BS company. Be ware before you go to them for supplies and always have other options in hand.
