Wow! I have also been a customer of American Voice Mail for many years (about 12) and I think this company is Great! They continually add more services for free and they have never raised my rate. Tyler, my salesman, has always been attentive to me and helped me when I call for suggestions to improve my company's telephone image. My company has grown from a one-person business to 11 people now and American Voice Mail has taken away all of the costs and burdens of a telephone system and fax machines. Boo, hoo, to the person who complained about being put on hold to get to customer service. I sit on hold when I call my bank, Blue Shield and Verizon Wireless. If their service is so bad, why have you been a customer for "many years"? I absolutely recommend American Voice Mail to everyone and I have referred many customers to them.

Their customer service department is absolutely awful being that they never answer or pick-up the phone during both business and after hours!! Also, their voicemail systems are always malfunctioning, not working properly, broken, or dysfunctional!!:(

I hate this company. I've been with them for many years. Their customer service is extremely slow. I have lost a lot of money because of the failure in their system that they don't take responsibility for. It's been four days since the system failed, and I'm still struggling to get them to fix it. They want to charge me $1000 to take my number, so I'm stuck with them. It's just awful and has negatively affected my business.
