So overall, I was happy that my car got where I wanted it in good condition, but the process of getting it there was a little annoying, hence the lower rating. There are so many delivery companies out there that are just scams so trying to find a good one is incredibly tough. Also, apparently (from experience) its hard for these companies to get a truck to move your car if they don't know about it way ahead of time. So I called these guys 5 days before I wanted to have my car picked up, making sure they knew the latest possible date that my car could be picked up that would work for me. I was told that for the time I wanted, there weren't any available places for my mazda m3 to go on the truck, but occasionally there would be cancellations so if that was the case, he would call me back to let me know. There was room on the truck for the day after the latest day I had to have my car moved, but that didn't work for me. It was still nice that he at least told me about it though. I didn't have any contact until the afternoon of the day before the latest day of when I had to have my car moved and I was told that there was a cancellation, so there would be room for my car on the truck. However, I had to drive my car 10 miles to meet the driver, which was definitely not preferred, but I didn't really have a choice so I did it. They got my car to its destination in only 5 days as opposed to the 6-7 days I was originally told which was really awesome. But yeah, I was very happy with how nice everyone was and I would totally use these guys again if I ever had to move a car again!
