Aqua-life is rude and unprofessional. They don't keep record of anything and its basically your word against theirs. They make up their own rules and changes their stories and promises. I had a defective item and they would not admit fault. They kept saying it was my problem and i needed to pay for it since it was my fault. they don't take any responsibility for their actions and they can care less about their customers. they got very hostile with me when I insisted that they come and replace the defected item. Then they charged me fees for replacing the defected item and charged me another installation fee. they are a bunch of scam artists!!!! very deceitful. SHAME ON YOU AQUA LIFE!
