I had to call twice to finally see when my veil was done . Took them THREE times to fix my veil . It didn't fit right & they said it was because my hair was straight . One lady with blonde "Yellow" hair was so rude to begin with , giving attitude and never once did she smile. other short employee with one streak of white hair was AWESOME! The manager came in and never once did he come to help us out or see what was going on.

When we were paying another costumer comes in and I worn the new customer how sh* their service is & the employee laughs and actually smiles. So I told her this is the first time in THREE hours I seen a smile on ur face you are a horrible employee . And she decided to start cursing at me and insulting me .WORSE PLACE EVER!!
