What I thought would be a fantastic, scalable partnership has turned into a supply chain nightmare.

Quality of samples good. Quality of service and accountability beyond terrible.

Missed deadlines. Empty promises. Excuse after excuse of why work isn’t getting done but zero apology for causing huge setbacks and headaches.

I have final product due by EOD tomorrow (after 5 weeks of never receiving prototypes) and after multiple attempts to confirm it’s on its way, as of this post I STILL have not heard back another whether it will arrive.

Many big opportunities are waiting on this shipment and if it is not delivered as promised, it will deal a costly blow to my bottom line.

Even if my inventory arrives, I would NEVER trust this guy to handle anything again.

Which means I now have to practically start from scratch to find a new more secure supply chain, which sets me back almost a year.

I am so frustrated with my experience, I’ve already gotten in touch with legal counsel and am poised to take action.

Do not work with this company. Period.
