Went in expecting a long wait and poor customer service and boy was I surprised! I signed in and didn't have to wait more than 15 minutes even though the place was packed. The sales rep I had was a young kid so I thought he wouldn't know much but Sean Christian was knowledgeable and went above and beyond when trying to help me do what I wanted.

Cell phone stores are historically awful places to find one's self. The location at 8471 Beverly Blvd may be the first exception I've ever experienced. Knowledgeable sales representatives abound and offer amazing solutions on mobile phone services and home internet and television products. In an industry rife with misguidant and ill-informed sales people, this store strives to be different. They are masters in all things blackberry, so if you're thinking of making the switch, head there for sure.
