You can tell she is passionate about what she does, has extensive knowledge and unlike other doctors, is more than willing to explain all of the technicalities to help you understand your body and what is going on with it (it is so important that we understand what is going on with our bodies as well as the doctor so that we can better heal ourselves). Dr. Aufiero is very thoughtful in her dealings with patients and also very thorough in her assessment and diagnosis process. She coordinated care for a meniscus tear and bony edema which was previously misdiagnosed.

When I came to OrthoHealing and Dr. Aufiero I was in bad shape. I had been in pain for so long that the quality of my life had been radically diminished.
