This company is only good for raising the rent each year and that's it. They are never available when you need them so forget about getting proper maintenance or clean up around the building done. We had to threaten to sue just so they could fix a mold problem that had developed on our ceiling,and even that took close to a year to get done. And the notices of inspection or fumigation are a bunch of bull. They will give you a one day notice, and a 8 hour gap of when they'll arrive and then won't even bother showing up. But then randomly open your apartment and come in without any notice and when they've seen no one is home. In the 5 years living at one of their building, the manager on site when we moved in was decent. She followed up with request and called the maintenance men a.s.a.p. For some reason unknown to the tenants, she was let go and since then the building has been going down hill. The previous managers lasted months and even in those months while occupying the position, no one even knew who she was, why?..because she never opened her door or answered her phone. If it wasn't for this being the last "affordable" building in the block, we would have moved out long ago.
