I moved out of state, and they would not release my title to the County's Auditor Office for registration. Caused me a huge headache, extremely unhelpful and horrible customer service. I had to refinance to get my car legally registered. They also incorrectly reported to credit agencies, leaving out some details which I'm sure they took advantage of. I highly recommend you do not go through this business - the only reason why I did is because they were the only option for the dealer I went through.

CATHERINE how long did you hide car till repo man found your vehicle? 3 months. why would you jump into a car when car is being repossessed? doesnt make sense. just to let you know all finance companies in general want you to be on time, they dont want to lend money to a delinquent cust. We learn from our mistakes,. BERTHA: police dept should be able to route you to repo company and also finance co. defender away!!!

beware of rudy! very rude and demanding when dealing with late payments.also beware of the repo men they use ,they use guns and junk cars as battering rams!

do not deal with beverly financial if at all possible!
