If you haven't tried shaved ice.. Blockheads is one of the original locations in LA. Long line but worth it. Make sure you try the sesame flavor! Street parking available around the neighborhood.

this place is good.. My first time trying it and now I am addicted.. it is affordable too.

Yummy shaved ice! Love getting either the black sesame or green tea with rice balls and red bean. They also have rotating new flavors that is special for that period of time. It was watermelon basil couple of weeks ago and now it's cantaloupe. Lines can be long though as it is super popular.
