Provided by YP.comBlue Hen is not your typical Vietnamese Pho shop. Their menu isn't as deep as the traditional Vietnamese noodle houses, but they do have pho (noodle soup), bun (dry noodle salad in a bowl), and banh (vietnamese sandwiches). There are also spring rolls, curry, and interestingly enough ... french fries, which looked REALLY good.
Most of the items on the menu are Organic Chicken, but they always seem to have a special Organically Grass Fed beef. They also have cold or hot Vietnamese coffee was nice and strong, just as it should be.
I would have loved a larger portion of the vegitables, but it was definitely enough food for lunch.
Although the location is in a strange little strip mapp, the interior decor is very 'hip' and not like a traditional 'sticky table' Vietnamese noodle shop. There are drawings from the customers decorating the walls that provide a unique atmosphere.
As far as service, it was definitely acceptable. It wasn't warmy and fuzy, but not terrible as some of the other reviewers had mentioned.
I'd definitely go back and recommend it to others for a good healthy meal!
