Don't waste your time calling. I made an appt to have my cat groomed but on the day of the appt I rec'v a call that they were busy and asked to reschedule my appt for another day. I was a little bothered in that I took time off work but agreed to change the appt. On the day of the new appt they did not show up so I called them but they did not answer my call. I finally reached someone the following week to make an appt and was told that they were sorry about not showing up to the 2nd appt but asked to reschedule again. I advised that I would call back since I was in my car and did not have my calendar but when I called back and left a message they never returned my call. I called a few more times and left a few more mesages but they have never returned my call. I wanted to use them because my neighbor uses them for her pet but they are completely unprofessional-----------------I took off 2 different days from work!!!------and will not be calling them again. They will be out of business soon if they continue to treat customers the way they treated me.

I called this company to get my two little dogs groomed and i was amazed at the level of service that i received. They came to my home the next day in an awesome grooming van and within two hours both of my dogs had the best hair cuts they ever had;) Thank you BoneJour Mobile Pet Spa!!!
