I was told to use this agent because of their flexible hours. They start early in the morning and work until mid-evening. William was assigned to me, and he helped me get the renters insurance I needed fast, so I could move in. Even after their phones were closed for the evening, Will offered to email and help me get the paperwork so I would have it ready. Their service was great.

I have used them for my renter's, earthquake and motorcycle insurance. They are informative, accommodating, fast-acting, responsive and VERY reasonably priced.

I would not consider going anywhere else for my insurance needs. Thank you to a great team.

When I met Will my insurance for my commercial building was placed with another agent at State Farm. I had expressed to him that I was concerned about my coverage limits - I wanted to make sure that they were appropriate - and I had other questions as well. I had reached out to my agent at State Farm at the time and he was unresponsive. Will is a true professional. I had a problem with State Farm always raising their rates, so I decided to look up other insurance companies. I've been getting renter's insurance from them for awhile. I've had to make a couple of claims over the years and it has always been an easy process. Everyone I've spoken with has been nice and very helpful. As far as insurance goes, I have no complaints.

Had a condo insurance policy through Farmers insurance for several years. The premiums kept going up and my attempt to have one of their agents speak to me about the coverage and potential to lower the premium was unanswered.
William at Broadway Insurance was quick to respond and get the important information from me regarding our small two-unit condo. This is the type of convenience that I need. I learned that our building could be covered as a dwelling as opposed to a condo due to its size and more importantly got the coverage we needed for less than half our previous premium.
