I try this place again and again in hopes of discovering an unknown treasure. But I'm done after this last trip. The location is to die for and they must be paying through the teeth for the spot. But, they fail to provide a superior product than you can find at nearby Coffee Bean. If you're going to be a coffee shop in this day and age you're going against some big muscle. You need to serve outstanding coffee and have an eye for details. I ordered a ridiculously overpriced ice blended drink and couldn't even enjoy it as the huge chunks of ice swimming around blocked anything from getting through the straw. I asked them to reblend it and they decided to add more chocolate too. It was already too sweet for me, buy hey what the heck. Do what you want. The shrill Asian woman that runs the place was bickering with her employee the whole time. A sound more offensive than the grinding screech of the dull blenders.
