The staff is rude and not friendly. I filled the application and they asked me to fill completely. To my knowledge, I filled all required information. I asked what was missing, they replied "fill completely". This delay closed some openings for therapist. I wanted to get an appointment and asked a few questions. The reply I got was "if you want to go elsewhere, we understand" even though I did not mention anything about going somewhere else. I don't know how their therapy is, but the administrative person or assistant or whoever is unfit for the job.

If I could give this place -10 stars I would. This place horribly run and the owner is rude! They haven't a clue how to bill their clients, and one day you will just randomly see hundreds of dollars worth of charges on your credit card. You'll have to spend countless hours searching through past appointments and confirming charges with your insurance company. The therapists are great, however I pulled my child from here because of the owner and billing issues. There are tons of other speech therapist options...seek them out NOT Can Do Kids.

Office is not organized, staff is not friendly, and they take FOREVER to respond to simple requests (appointments, insurance, etc.). There are other PT locations that provide excellent care for children and have great customer service. I do not recommend Can Do Kids. I would give Zero stars if I could. Take your business elsewhere...
