Provided by YP.comI moved out of this apartment recently. The building is not well maintained. When I moved in, there was a cat urine smell in the carpet. I reported this to the Manager, Rudy, and he completely ignored me. He didn't answer my texts or phone calls to get it cleaned. I had a fan running 24 hours a day pointing at the open window to keep the smell out.
I setup about 3-4 appointments with him on different occasions and he never showed up on time for any of them. In fact each time I waited at least an hour. He would say " oh be there in 5 min", and he would keep saying that until each one turned into over an hour wait.
When I moved out, he made up a story that he didn't receive the keys and then mentioned the urine smell so he could deduct it all from my deposit. I mentioned the messages I sent him to fix the urine smell and he completely disregarded it. He also accused me of leaving the door wide open when I left. None of it is true. I will be taking him to court for this since I have proof of his behavior and retaining the deposit in bad faith.
I met an old man in the apartment walking by who became angry about Rudy when I mentioned I was waiting for him. He said Rudy gets a lot of complaints about his service and lies to tenants.
The manager Rudy is a liar and a criminal. I will be taking him to court very soon and we'll see what happens.
