If I could, I would give this place negative stars. Worst place to go. The guy that runs this business is all talk that he's so reliable and does good work but he really doesn't. We ordered the headstone in March. It took about a month and a half before we were able to get the sample artwork for the headstone. It then took another two months (with constant phone calls asking him about the stone) for it to be completed. It is now July and the headstone has yet to be delivered to the cemetery. It was supposed to be delivered two weeks ago. Whenever we have contacted this man about the headstone he is hard to reach, then when we do reach him, he gets upset and says that it doesn't matter how long it takes him. He is so full of excuses each time as well. He somehow has time to cash the check the very same day, but doesn't have time to do his job. I would NOT recommend that anyone go to him, it only makes the situation worst. It has caused my mom more emotional distress dealing with this, and it's the last thing people want to deal with, especially just after the loss of a loved one.

Horrible service! Well priced but not worth it. We ordered the headstone early March; it's now July and the stone has yet to make it to the cemetery. This guy is all big talk but doesn't deliver. He makes a lot of excuses the times that we are lucky enough to reach him. You have to constantly be calling him; you basically have to harass him to ensure he gets the work done, and even then, he'll still take a very long time. He claims he's busy which is why he can't complete the work, yet he has time to cash the check the very same day. When the headstone was finally completed, two weeks ago, it had paint stains on it. To top it off, this man gets upset each time we call to ask what happened to the headstone he kept promising to complete week after week. It's just not worth it.
