Provided by SuperpagesWe purchased a $5,000 glass Venini light fixture from them. It came incomplete, poor craftsmanship and damaged. Cassina have a no return policy on these items and made a minimal effort to quiet our concerns but never satisfied the problem. We are hoping to get a few hundred dollars for it on Craigslist. I will never buy from them again. They were lucky my client did not want to pursue the matter.
