Provided by YP.comDoing this right now and is absolutely the high point of my week. Chef Eric is extremely knowledgeable and a very patient teacher. Taking the classic french cooking course so one gets to get a pretty good grip on all one needs to know in order to get started. The kitchen and pantry boast of apt collection and the approach is very hands-on. I am in a small 9 member passionate group which comprises of enthusiasts and aspirants for the food biz. One ingredient thats common across the board is passion.
What ever might be the reason, as long as you love eating and talking about food and taking home delectable left overs..sign up and u will not be disappointed
