If I could give zero stars I would. I never write bad reviews but I had to share my horrible experience with this body shop. I dropped my car off after it had been broken into. I had to wait over two weeks for it to be repaired, which cost me in rental cars, but I was not upset over that.



What was extremely upsetting is when I picked up my car, the minute I got home, I saw scratches on the passenger side window that I did not see when I brought it in. The person who inspected the car when I brought it in did not see them either when recording other scratches on the vehicle.



When I brought my car back the owner of the shop said it wasn't his fault. However, when we spoke to his employee that fixed the car, the employee admitted that the scratches were not there when the car was dropped off.



The owner kept interrupting me when I spoke and would not accept responsibility even though his employee admitted I was rightl. He kept repeating the same thing and raised his voice so much that when I left I was shaking.



I will never use this body shop again and I recommend you do not either. Now I have to go to a different body shop to repair my window that Classics Auto Body messed up. Instead of making the experience easy, they cost me money.
