When calling to "Cyberhotline" to help out my elderly father with is bad internet connection, I was lied to on the phone. First I was told that it wasn't Cyberhotline. Then when I hit redial, I got a voice message stating it was, in fact, Cyberhotline.

I believe that Cyberhotline may be scamming people out of money, posing as an ISP when they really are not a provider at all.
