BEWARE: They tried to do unnecessary dental work/filling on me when I DID NOT NEED it (verified by next honest dentist I went to). I hope they don't make a habit of this but suspect they do. Too many other dentists in the area, stay away from these folks.

Total scam artists.



Refused to do a routine cleaning without first doing a $1000 "deep cleaning" (which of course, was not covered by insurance).....very shady business. Went to another Dentist and was told my teeth were fine and got my cleaning (100% covered)



Don't fall for their scam.

After going there for the 1st time, and being wrongfully charged I called my insurance and worked everything out, my insurance company told me to go there whenever to get my refund, the next day I showed up, it was explained to me by the person who works there since I didnt come in to get a refund the same day, she will have to submit my claim to the corporate office which will take 2 to 3 weeks. Meanwhile I'm stuck without my money that was not even supposed to be charged because my insurance company would cover it.. It is amazing how fast they took the money and swipped my credit card and how long it takes to get it back... She did not appologize to me at all for the mistake that THEY made instead she says theres nothing they can do untill they get a response from the corporate office....This will be my first and last experience with them thats for sure...

I was recruited to come in to the office at a work related health fair... I went in for appointment with my 2 sons and found office OK... Office was a bit disorganized with locating my insurance information but nothing major....

Dr Olson was so sweet and caring I normally hate the Dentist but I had a crown done and it was so easy! NO PAIN!!! My boys each had a filling and didn't seem stressed out either! The male assistant helping the Doctor was very good too, he actually had me laughing ! We went back to see the orthodontist and it was like a different office...very stressful, tons of people in the office and no one seemed to know how much anything costs....I would recommend Dr Olson to anyone, but skip the orthodontist....
