Provided by YPmobileThis company should be put out of business. Never return phone calls. Didn't even meet the attorney representing me at my hearing until 1 hour before hearing. Wish I had done my homework before I signed with them. Don't be fooled like I was. They don't care enough to communicate with you when they should. Worst mistake I ever made. I should have won and might have if I had a GOOD lawyer.

Provided by YP.comI have dealt with two different paralegals and they have both lied to me. Mrs. Shack in particular had a bad attitude.
I think that the staff needs to be reminded, that the clients are inadvertently, signing their paychecks.
Disability Group, Inc. employs a full staff of attorneys and support personnel to work on every claim. All of our personnel are highly trained, and are expected to treat all clients as they would like their own mother to be treated. Our staff members are chosen for their dedication to helping others, and we would never tolerate anyone intentionally misinforming any client, nor indeed, any person associated with the SSA application process. Our goal is to obtain for our clients the benefits they deserve. We receive no payment unless our clients win their claims, so are acutely aware that it is only through successful representation that our service continues to be of benefit to the disabled who rely on us for help.

Provided by YP.comI would like to thank Ruth and all the staff at Disability Group, Inc. for all the services that were provided in obtaining my S.S.I and Medicaid benefits. There were no surprises to the costs and fees that were incurred for services rendered in winning my case. All the staff were so friendly and courteous. I was always informed to any new updates on my case all the way up to the end when I received my award letter. All my questions were answered immediately and in detail. I would not think twice in referring a friend or client to the Disability Group Inc. I was completely satisfied with the services provided for me. I have no suggestions to offer. Everything was handled superbly.
