I met Dr. Betty almost 15 years ago when another chiropractor was telling me I had to come in three times a week for the next three months to relieve my pain. Dr. Betty told me that after a few weeks of visiting one to two times a week for a month I should feel better and I did. I still go in for an adjustment now and then, which always makes me feel better. She is also a nutritionist, so she had a lot of knowledge of nutrition and food. I highly recommend Dr. Betty.
