Do not go to see Dr. Garwood. You will be ripped off. A short office visit for a simple eye exam will cost you $225, without any warning. I was lied to when I made the appt. and was told that his office takes my health ins. plan. After I saw Dr. Garwood, I was informed that it was the other doctor in his practice that was my under my health plan. So, instead of the visit costing me $30, they billed me $225!!!
