i take trumpet lessons with Josiel Perez. He really is a fantastic teacher. He gives great, lessons that are lots of fun. He's got a great attitude and deep love for all music. I would highly recommend him.

Josiel Perez is a terrific guy and, judging from how well my son's doing with the trumpet, a terrific teacher. You'd be hard pressed to do better.

I have been taking adult drum classes with Joanna Malfatti at the Eagle Rock Music Studio for about 3 months. It has been excellent, the facility is small and the drum set is not the best, but who cares about that. Learning to play a musical instrument is all about you and your teacher. Joanna is an artist and a professional drummer, she is studying to receive her MFA. Her drum style is excellent, and she is patient and fun to learn from. I trust her and she is always available if I have questions through email. At this time, I have learned how to play basic drums. Its great to learn from a professional and I look forward to continue my lessons at the Eagle Rock Music Studio.

My children and I have been enjoying lessons here for about 3 1/2 years. It has been a great enhancement to our family life. I wonder if the gentleman who wrote the review at the bottom of the page perhaps carried his distraction from the misfortune of having his car broken into just prior to this visit, and the feeling of being "ripped off" into his first lesson and assigned the disturbance to the studio. Cheers to the staff at Eagle Rock Music Studio, you are doing a great job!

My children have been taking bass and drum lessons at Eagle Rock Music Studio for about 6 months.

I am suprised at the amount of progress they have made. They started as total beginners now they

are actually able to play to along with a few songs they have on their Ipods. Both of their teachers are patient and enthusiastic. Their personal love of music keeps my children inspired.

I first went to Eagle Rock Music Studio for a low-cost

group guitar class. It exposed me to a variety of musical styles and got me started the right way. I found out I am not a total clutz and have continued with private lessons. i'm learning to play songs I like and I'm staring to understand more about music. The people are professsional and friendly. Good instruction in a not stuffy environment.
