After nine months living here, I can say that every time we have had an issue or a problem that needed resolution, we have received it within a week of calling the office and normally within only a day or so.

THESE GOOD REVIEWS ARE FAKE!!!!! They get a quadruple -0. Their business practices are shady, unprofessional, and illegal. Look at the yelp reviews. Everyone says the exact same thing. This is THEE absolute worst property management company ever.
