I have never been in an accident before, but was rear-ended by the kid of a celebrity. The damage didn't LOOK bad, but I could tell it was probably more than just a dented bumper, by the way the trunk now was aligned.
I called Eli's and they took care of everything for me. They arranged for a rental car (the rental car company came to pick me up), sent a truck to pick up my car and took care of all of the insurance aspects.
In the end, the insurance company decided to total my car (with the help of Eli's representative). I was out of town, but Eli's was patient and gave me a few days to come get my personal belongings from my car.
It's been released to the insurance company. Now I'm just awaiting my check!

Provided by YP.comThis is my 2nd time using your body shop. I was a return customer because the work performed the 1st time at the shop in the West LA area was to my satisfaction, although it took longer than what I had anticipated. This 2nd time around, albeit I was again satisfied with the quality of work, I cringed because I’m deeply disappointed with the amount of time that it took for the job to complete. I went without my car for close to 2 months (about a week shy of). Now, I’m not an expert on auto body repair, but given the technology at the body shops disposal, my car should have been returned to me within a month. I’m saddened to say that I will no longer seek your services, should I ever need them in the future and I will not recommend your shop to anyone I know due to how long it takes. I truly feel that my car was put on the back burner and not only did I suffer loss of use given that I was hit by an uninsured motorist, but I incurred additional and unnecessary loss of use after all the time that my car spent at your shop. Please note that I normally don’t take the time to write reviews and/or send feedback, but this had to be done because of the ridiculous amount of time it took for my car to be repaired. I know that it’s just not me that feels this way because after talking about it with family and friends, they told me that my car had been at your shop for an exaggerated amount of time.

Provided by YP.comI've had two repair jobs for my Lexus at Eli's. I've always been impressed with their customer service and technical expertise. I like how they always kept me informed while the car was being repaired. Once I was going to leave town and needed my car before I left. They made sure I got it in time. They even let me pick it up after hours on a Friday evening.
