Provided by YP.comElite Moving Systems, Inc. contracted us to provide a written estimate for the repair and/or refinishing of furniture that they damaged during storage and moving. They agreed in writing to pay our estimate fee, but have left the invoice unpaid for over 6 months. If they treat other small business owners this way, how do they treat their customers?
