I owed $440,000 on my home and found out is was only worth around 250K, EQ got the house listed and an offer very quickly and even got the bank to forgive the entire balance almost 200,000. unbelievable. I don;'know what I would have done without them. Recommended highly A+

Great Company. It was an unfortunate situation I was in, but they helped me through it and helped me avoid forclosure!

I don't know what happened with the other posters but in MY opinion EQ Finance and Shortsellmyhome.net are the only reason I was able to avoid bankruptcy. I bought a house for 350,000 and 3 years later I find out the home is only worth $165,000 and I could no longer afford to make the payments and was headed directly into default and in danger of forclosing. EQ is friendly and has a deep knowledge of the way short sales are handled. They told me of all the bad things that could happen even in a short sale but they still greatly outweighed forclosing and they keept me informed of each step along the way. I believe that the other posters on the forum must have been to far gone to be helped because I recomended EQ Finance to two of my friends who were also able to complete short sales on their homes as well with EQ Finance.

I was behind on my mortgage. EQ's team was knowledgeablem, friendly and insightful. I was upside. However, I got my short sale approved and walked away not owing the bank anything. Plus, it didn't cost me a dime :) Thank you EQ!!!
