I’m Stephanie from New York. I like traveling to different countries every year. Whenever I plan an international travel, I choose none other than Eros Tours and Travel. Hence I’ve been pretty regular on Airtkt.com to find out the latest airfares from Eros Tours and Travel. Eros has been a positive experience all through these years. I have had great trips. As a part of a great trip I found their cheap airfares reasonable. And the follow up from the service staff is much appreciated. Thank you again Eros for helping me have a great trip each time I chose to visit a new destination.

I swear to God that I am their first time customer and just feel like it is my due to write a review to thank them and to help other people to be confident If you select this site.
I came across airtkt from Bookingbuddy. They offered the unbelievably lowest price ($500 cheaper than any other sites for 2 tickets to Asia).(NOT Always cheapest though: I checked back today and my good price was no longer available on airtkt either)..So in some sense, I am lucky!
Anyway,I clicked on their website, called their toll free number to make sure there are some one REAL at the other end. Just like ANY customer service phone line, I was on hold for about 3 minutes until an [Yeah] [probably] Indian rep answered my question about their company.
I felt better and proceeded my booking online. An email confirmation came right after I finished paying, along with the instruction of calling them back from my phone to confirm my credit card purchase.I did exactly that and was good to go.(and yes, it was another 2 to 3 minute on hold with that phone call)
With the confirmation from airtkt, I can go directly on Delta to check and select my seats after probably an hour.
The E-tickets number were also officially sent to my email 5 hours after my purchase with detail itinenary, and ticket prices (Break down in detail: Tax/service fee...)
Airtkt service fee was ONLY $36, and for me, it is too little for what they had helped me to save!
About people complaining about Cancellation fee ...please think straight before saying harsh and mean words....the $400 cancellation each ticket is from THE AIRLINE, not from the ticket agency. All they got from you is $36 which clearly stated on your bank statement also. Consider all odd and end before clicking that damn "confirm button" then you will save money and whole load of headache.
Good luck with your travelling, and definitely I will go back to airtkt in the future if they offer any excellent deal like what I got.

Provided by YP.comOUTSTANDING SERVICE. I was in a big rush to book a ticket at below the going rate for a plane leaving in 2 hours for someone other than myself. I found these guys off of CheapAirGuru.com and they had a price that couldn't be beat.
I could clearly see how others have been caught in the process, but if you follow their directions to the T, you will get the best airfare out there. They have you input your phone number, they will charge you for the ticket and a dummy charge on your credit card. They will call you. They will ask you to email them (possibly 2x even). Then you will get your ticket.
Your verification is taken very seriously and along the way if you cancel or take your time, they will move forward with the price or cut you for a loss. They are in the business of giving you the cheapest airfare around (I would assume anyway) and customers who are not serious about the process are weeded out (and I'm sure they take some money for using their site but not following through as it probably states in their policies).
They verify your phone number against the Credit Card you provide. They then call you to verify that it is you. They will send you a confirmation email and you have to cut and paste a blurb saying you accept responsibility and are actualy going to pay the charge. They have you look up the dummy charge (not unlike the charge used at some gas stations) in your account and email them the value of that dummy charge along with your reservation number and name in order to verify you actually own the account. THEN after all that, they will send you your ticket.
The process takes 15-20 minutes if you seriously sit down and do it, but I did every step and they were able to get me my reservation confirmed and eTicket within 10 minutes of me putting in my information and sending it into cyberspace. I would HIGHLY recommend this service. Yes there are places to get snagged, but if you sit down and do it, they are an exceptional service. I couldn't be more pleased with my experience. I believe they get a bad reputation from customers who don't follow every step and get disgruntled when they keep your money but don't give you a ticket because you aren't 'verified'. It is a good and very legal way to do business (I assume) as they probably make tremendous profits on those type of customers, but as a customer you have to be on your toes to make sure they follow through. Read their policies and be ready to jump through a few hoops, and then you'll get your tickets like I did, ~$300 off a flight leaving in 2 hours. (They also say that booking can take up to 5 hours to process, but they rushed through mine no problem...of course it was a Sunday morning).
I recommend this company to any savvy travelers who will spend a few minutes to save a few hundred dollars, and while I don't usually provide reviews, I was blown away by their speed and extensive verification process. In this day and age they really take that verification of your intentions seriously and it actually gave me peace of mind knowing that if someone was trying to book with this company using my stolen credit card information, they wouldn't get far at all.

Provided by YP.comthis company does not deserve not even 1 point. i had a very bad experience with this agency when i had to cancel my flight because of surgery. never received a reply nor a refund nor was rebooked for a flight after sending them emails and calling them a hundred times. call your lawyer or file complaints to the link below:

Provided by YP.comRegardless how cheap the tickets are on this website, do not waste your time booking it. If you’ve already done so after reading all of these reviews. Good Luck! I booked two airplane tickets to London. I received a few strange request emails from them. Normally when you book an airplane ticket. You receive an email confirmation through the company and then another follow up email with the air flight info and confirmation # again. In this instance the 1st step was to copy and paste their verbal language into an email . At first, I thought it was a bit odd for them to ask you of this, but then think this could be a strict security policy of theirs. Wrong! They have you state this because incase anything happens to the tickets like them canceling it last min., flight is fully booked, increase of price, or not being able to change or cancel your flights. You are not able to sue or dispute the charges.

Provided by YP.comThis airline complany also known as Cheapfare Guru/Airtkt is a SCAM. I booked a ticket and cancelled it and was told it is valid for one year from the date it was purchased when I called to rebook I was being charged $350 + agent fee and difference in flight. The flight is now about $900 and I paid over $1300. This would mean that there is no difference in the flight because it is cheaper now than when I paid. This company kept me on hold for hours, hung up on me when I finally got through to them. They were unprofessional, rude and a SCAM. I hope no one else goes through what I did. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Provided by YP.comBEWARE!!!!!, of Airtkt or Cheapfareguru. I wish there is rating less then one STAR. They may sell you a ticket for a couple Dollars cheaper, but if for any reason you have to cancel the ticket these peoples will take you for a ride. I went through that. They charged me $$$$ 1050.00 to CANCEL the tickets, ALMOST 33% of the ticket value. I would NEVER use them in future OR recommend them to anyone. I never felt so STUPID and HELPLESS in my life then while cancelling the tickets with them and there is nobody in the customer service with whom you can have a decent or reasonable conversation because they are not there to provide you a good service but to take your money. I talked to the airline I was supposed to travel with and find out they they only charged $ 450 to cancel the tickets , But EROS TRAVEL charged $ 600.00 on top of it . THEY MADE MORE MONEY BY CANCELLING THE TICKET THEN BY SELLING THE TICKETS TO ME IN THE FIRST PLACE. SOME BODY NEEDS TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT THESE SCAMMERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.

Provided by YP.comLiterally the most difficult company I had to work with. They didn't place the money hold on my account until after it already paid out. The hold should have been placed prior to the money being paid out as to secure the initial amount. When I tried to explain what happened their customer service was extremely rude and did not offer any help. I went without access to my money for over five days! I will never use this company again, and I strongly urge others to not use them as well. I'm a very dissatisfied customer.

This is absolutely the worst online ticket service company you could imagine. The customer service people lie and then try to up sell you because they made mistakes and make promises that are not kept. You book a flight, or so you think you book a flight but they do not send any confirmations, so you are supposed to guess if you have tickets.
WORST experience ever...I am now working with my bank to get a refund.
I have just filed a complaint with the Aviation Consumer Protection Enforcement Agency!! I suggest every do the same.

Virgin Atlantic gave me a refund for a change fee (which was much less than what these thieves charged me in the first place, so they are making money on the back of people in dire situations!!!), but NEVER passed the refund on to me. They say they did, but they didnt. I have to take them to court. Liers and thieves. If you have problems with this company, please email the owner, Sunne Khurana, directly at [email protected]!! He loves to hear from you.

Provided by YPmobileIt is our first family trip to Europe and the air fare rates could not be beat. After following the instructions to authorize payment, eTickets were promptly received. Checked with airlines and all is well. Whenever, I have called to ask a question about the booking, I have had a quick response from customer service. The common theme of other complaints is when someone is canceling or changing a flight. Having travelled quite often for work, there is always an expense for changes. My experience has been good with Airfare Guru and the money we saved is going to used toward a great family trip! Thank you.

Provided by YP.comI made a booking to Manchester, England. The fare was 10% cheaper when compared to the airline. The booking was immediate, same as booking with the airline, and the confirmation also provided the airline booking number that could be immediately verified on the airline's webpage. So an excellent overall experience.

I will post reviews in every possible website and BBB (Which they are not members) but have 20 complaints in the last year. We booked international travel for our family a month in advance. First weird was not only did we have to verify to small amounts in our bank, but we also had to send scanned copies of our credit card and passports. We did that, immediately and then an hour later received a call that there was a problem with our credit card, please send scanned copy with passports, Im like helllo we did that. Once we got past that tickets were confirmed.
Due to security issues to the country we were moving to, work permits were delayed and we needed to change/cancel the flights. We called and e mailed 3 days prior to the flight. I was hung up on twice. I got through and was told to call back in two hours. I called in two hours and was told then that they would call me back in two hours. I pointed out that it had all ready been two hours from my last call. The agent said they were having issues with that department and I would get a call. I get a call, they look into the wrong dates for us and tell us there are no flights available. We realize we need a refund and are going to have to book our own flights.
I call them back. After a 12 minute automated hold an agent picks up and proceeds to lie to me. First, he says the reservation in non refundable. I tell him no where on our confirmation does it state that. Then he says you must cancel 24 hours prior to departure, I point out I was cancelling 72 hours prior to departure. Then he tells me I must e mail the cancellation, I tell him I e mailed the company hours ago. Then he says please hold. I hold for 45 minutes before I hang up. Call back and be placed on hold again.
I send several e mails demanding a call from the company. I send an e mail to the airline for assistance. Eros calls and tells me it will be $1200.00 to cancel and the rest would be refunded in 4-6 weeks. We need to fly in the next two weeks, this is our only money to get to our overseas jobs and I am not paying $1200.00 to cancel. I read through all of their policies and only fee about cancellation states $200-$400 cancellation fee depending on the airline policy and fare rules. Sure doesn't tell us what fare we have, this is not adequate disclosure. Airline says cancel 24 hours prior you get full refund.
so here I am hands tied, I refuse to agree to pay this ridiculous made up fee, I'd like my money yesterday and need to get flights booked. I have always known to book directly with Airlines. It was foolish to think saving money could be realistic. I will contact my bank for assistance with obtaining a full refund. ******DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY GOOGLE THEM, READ ALL THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS AND COMPLAINTS!!!!!!!!!!

STAY AWAY!!! I would give a Negative Star rating if I could!

Provided by YP.comI will NEVER use this company again. Customer service was horrible. I got transferred 10 different times and every one of them were rude. Our flight was rescheduled and the company did not bother to notify us. They had booked us on another flight and we had no idea. This is not the kind of stress that is needed the night before the flight.

Provided by YP.comcrooks liars and thieves. worst than the federal government. i ordered a ticket online and then needed to make a change on the return date. they wanted $475 while the price on the internet is still the same. they are scammers and just want your money. i have now contacted the state attorney's office in los angeles and filed a report. trying to get a refund so i can book with someone else. they also lie and say your ticket will be emailed to you but it never is. they will charge you for a cancellation fee. they are indians that speak broken english and when you call back the 10th time, the give you an english name. i asked one what his name was and he said "frank". what a joke. these people should be put in jail. customer service is horrible. they hang up on you when they cannot understand your english.

Here is the latest stunt by Cheap Fare Guru. It involves the cancelled 787 flights. I bought 2 United tickets on a 787 flight through CheapFare Guru. When I called United to change the flights, United was unable to do it because the tickets were sold as "bulk" to the travel agencies, so the cost of the tickets was not in the United computer system and therefore the agent could change to it to match whatever. So I have to go through the travel agency to facilitate the changes by providing the info to United. The agent told me there should not be any problems and the travel agency should be glad to do it because of the contract they have with United.
I sent an e-mail to CheapFare Guru, requesting an ASAP response. Did not get a reply. So I called. The first time I called and stated my problem, I got cut off after being told to hold. I called again. This time, the person told me there are no canceled flights by ANA. (I'd personally called ANA and was told the flights were canceled from 3/31 until June). He kept arguing that the ANA flights should be fine and no flights were changed. I persisted.
Finally, he asked what flights I wanted to change. He said he would e-mail United for the changes and it would take a week; he couldn't wait to get off the phone. Why would it take a week when he could just call ?
It is very obvious the consumer protection laws required for travel agencies had been violated in several arenas.
I had to give it a one star otherwise the website would not upload my review.
