The only reason I keep going back to this location is because if's close to me; otherwise, I would never keep coming back for the unpleasant customer service. The vendor thinks he's doing me a favor, but he needs to be reminded that we are there to collect on money that we have paid for out of pocket & not the other way around! What ever happened to the times when being cordial was a natural form of behavior? Now we're at the mercy of this rude individual on a continuous basis. Like I said: Love the location - Hate the service.
