Purchased some last minute shoes here since I was heading somewhere cold and needed some heavy duty boots. They were eager to take my money and the service was just okay. Most of the people in the store just stood around and stared, not friendly at all. When I got home and put them on again they started hurting my feet and also the color was really weird in the outdoor light. All in all I decided they weren't the ones I wanted. The day before I left I drove all the way back to the mess of the Beverly Center to return them and find out that they do not accept returns except within 5 days from the day you purchase. I had purchased them 2 weeks before. Are you kidding me? This is not Forever 21, these shoes were $150. Even Forever 21 tells you their return policy upon checking out and these folks did not mention a thing. Horrible service, horrible selection, do not shop here EVER!
