The best description for Fitness Equipment Broker is Extraordinary Customer Service. I clicked on their online ad and was put in contact with Israel. I was looking for a cross trainer for a family member who was recovering from a stroke. Israel listened to my needs, recommended a higher quality, less expensive cross trainer than the one i had been researching, and provided me with videos and other materials so I could learn about the equipment. Israel followed up and answered all my questions. He also went out of his way to accommodate my ordering and shipping requirements. It is definitely refreshing when a company puts the customer first. I am a lifelong fan of Fitness Equipment Broker and will be using them for all my exercise equipment needs. I highly recommend them.

Awesome experience!!! Israel was so knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. He helped me find exactly what I needed and at a reasonable price. Delivery was actually a week early and setup took less than 2 hours for a brand new stepper. Awesome!!! Totally recommend this company!!!
