I frequently go to this store & always come out spending fortune.The manager there always been very cold towards me but I didn't pay attention to it.manager Yelena was very rude to me from past few visits. In one of my visits I was trying out different lipsticks, she was staring at me, I called her to assist me, she yelled at me and said 'look what u did u put these lipsticks in different racks, look that you dropped a used tissue on the the floor pick it up and throw it in the garbage. without any hesitation/attitude I said sorry to her fixed the rack, picked up the tissue paper and threw it in the garbage. But this visit she was super rude. The moment I walked in she gave me the rolling eyes and breath out in disgust to see me in the store. I almost felt crying right away.she turned her face away from me,I walked up to her and said'I m here to see if you got this one lipstick I been waiting for. her reply was 'no we don't and I am not going to order it for months',this point I felt bit awkward being there, i said i want to return this one lip color I bought two days ago and she said in yelling form 'no there is no return or exchange on products'. she said 'look am going for lunch someone else will come and help you. Then I told her no its ok,I left the store. I decide to come back after few minutes but the moment she saw me,she walked in the back,told the Coworker to attend me. When the guy came out I told him the situation i aksed him what is her name?I said I want to talk to the owner he said he is barely here.I asked what days he comes in, he kept on saying he doesn't know,covering up for lady.I just want to request the owner that if you reading this review then please take some sincere action.This manager is always on the long personal phone conversations. After holding this for so long in me and avoiding her attitude towards me,I finally burst out.I usually never put bad reviews unless if it is an extreme.I am really humiliated with her attitude.
