- I provide several different packages that can be tailored to meet your needs. Full-Service Wedding Planning and Management. If you want all the details covered, I handle all elements of the wedding planning and execution. This includes preparing a customized and realistic budget based upon your particular needs, desires, and financial resources; creating a wedding theme and style; finding a location; creating special decor; researching, contacting, and coordinating with all necessary vendors (such as caterers, DJs, and other professionals); and managing the on-site rehearsal, ceremony, and reception. "Day of" Coordination and Management. Sometimes you just need someone to make sure that your event goes smoothly. If you want to plan your own wedding, and only need a "Day of" coordinator, I provide professional "Day of" management services. This primarily entails coordinating, directing, and organizing your vendors based on the wedding itinerary and handling any problems that arise. Private Event Planning.
