I live in Silverlake. Lately there has been an explosion of new pizza places in this neighborhood. I havent tried all of them yet but I have tried Garage Pizza and the pizza is pretty darn good. This place is a straight up pizza joint. Im sure you can convince the cooks to make you a calzone or hot sandwich but only pizza and drinks on the menu for now. I feel what sets this place apart from the others is the vibe, it stays open late (thurs-sat till 3am) and easy to find. Right on Sunset and Fountain. I recommend this place for lunch, dinner and late nite - i know i love pizza slices after a night of drinking.
