Ken Howard is a racist, and he left a very vulgar and racist message on my voicemail calling me a "sand nigger" telling me to fuck off, and a few other words. This social worker says he is a professional who is licensed, and I filed multiple consumer complaints against him with the voice recording as evidence. Stay far away from this racist person!
