I love that it's local, and I love that the prices are pretty competitive, but I HATE that it takes ALL DAY to get product. OMG!!!! who has that kind of time to waste. I have a business to run and being that I have a small business, I can't afford to send anyone for me. If you fix, I will totally give you a five star rating.

I think this is a gag company, created, not to do business but to waste people's time. I was being generous with the two stars because when I first had my sales rep on the phone he seemed very helpful and informative, after I placed my order he said he would call back with the pricing info and make my order final. I never heard back from him, I called back 3 days in a row, spoke with an unhelpful receptionist, and never received a call back. Okay, maybe I shouldn't give up on the company, let me start fresh with a new sales rep. She also seemed very helpful, said she would call back in 3-5 days with the shipping info. 9 days later I still haven't heard back from her, and when I called back she was not available. I wound up ordering through 'container packaging supply'. There prices may even be better anyway.
