Their service is extremely awful. There is a male staff called " Kota Iwat*", act and look like a gigolo, extremely dishonest and rude, who is a Japanese and mostly, he only serves Japanese customer. They are extremely dishonest , irresponsible and awful, like scammer. Can say they don't know what is called customer service. The only thing they are doing is try to scam their customers, especially you are not Japanese. I won't reccommend anyone to go there.
