Provided by YP.comI visited Gwang Yang BBQ about two months ago. I've been to just about every high end Korean bbq restaurant in K-Town, so this was one of the lasts on my list to try. It did not disappoint. First off, they had great meats here. I tried the tomahawk steak (the 30 day dry aged which is a whopping $165!), along with the famous Gangnam Bulgogi, which apparently is the highlight bulgogi of the town. Both were very good. The tomahawk was so big that you would need 2-3 people to finish it. The Gangnam bulgogi was unique in that it wasn't marinated like a typical bulgogi. It was light in marination, and the taste wasn't as sweet, but the texture of the beef was memorable. Soft and had a nice bbq flavor. Their house made cold noodles were also pretty flavorful.
If you are in the area, I would recommend this restaurant. It's spacious, the parking is good (underneath the lot), and the service was nice. Be sure to get the meats that I described, since these two are the house specialties!
I shot a YouTube video of Gwang Yang, which you can see on my YouTube channel called Rockstar Eater: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Hrqjo6TctbY&t=167s
