DEFINITELY DO NOT go with this maid service. I used them a few times b/c they were referred by a friend. This last time I made an appointment, I called b/c they were 30 minutes late. No one picked up the phone, but someone responded to my voicemail by text saying they would be here soon. I said that I made the appointment for 3pm and that it was unprofessional they were so late. The response I got was, "If I can, I told you." When I told him that I would only have time for a 1.5 hour cleaning, the response I got was that they weren't coming anymore. I asked him to call me, but got not response. This is one of the most unprofessional experiences I've ever had with a 'company.' I implore you not to use them!!

I was going to call this company to come clean my home but after reading the very negative review I decided to not call them. So glad I checked before calling.

Pathetic and misleading. Imagine coming home to a newly cleaned house only to smell wet dirt on the floors. That is H&M at their best. They use the same mops to clean each house during the day without washing the mops. The result: as they mop your floors, they do it with the old dirt from someone else's house. We never knew who was going to drop by next, and at what time. Another word of caution when using any cleaner: Lock up your jewery when any cleaners come, you might find an unpleasent surprise one day.
