If you decide to rent one of their "executive", you can be assured that you will never get your rent deposit back, so better say goodbye to that rent deposit. I know at least five people including myself living at 1944 Westwood Blvd that never got a dime of their money back.



At this point, we have no other options left but to sue them in small claim court or join the forces and file a class lawsuit in the superior court.
